AIMCCC rejects talks with Pakistan, separatists

JAMMU, July 6: All India Migrant Camp’s Coordination Committee (AIMCCC) has taken serious exception to the statements of some vested elements favouring to have talks with Pakistan and separatists- the letter regarding the same has been signed by some people among them two to three persons are from displaced Pandits.

AIMCCC president, Desh Rattan has outrightly rejected such hollow statements.

“If such statements will be issued by rulers, or officials having responsibility of public and Government then what better common masses can expect from such powers’’.

“We think these people are making such statements either to remain in limelight or to divert the attention of public towards themselves and remain in news’’.

“We don’t know, that in what capacity these people are making statements, we are migrants and have left each and every bit and lost our whole movable and immovable property in early nineties, and these people whether in Government or out of Government have never tried to talk with KPs regarding return, rehabilitation and settlement nor about the problems being faced by the community during whole migration period’’.

The AIMCCC said it never supports such hollow statements as has faith and trust in the country which is one of the largest democracies in the world. The nationalist people of the country will never support such statements and they know the game plan of the neighbouring country which has been responsible for terrorism in J&K and Punjab.
