JAMMU, Jan 10: A Chintan Sammelan was held today at Jagti township which was organised by All India Migrant Camp Coordination Committee (AIMCCC). It was chaired by Desh Rattan Pandita, president AIMCCC.
Various KP leaders and social activists including P K Raina, a social activist and broadcaster, P N Raina, T N Koul, of JKDUF, Bal Krishen Raina chairman ,AIMCCC , Mr Wantoo, S N Gurtoo, P N Jalali, Ashok Raina all senior leaders of AIMCCC, Priya Dhar, Meenu, Mela Misri, Renu Dhar, Anjali Kar of Mahila Shakti AIMCCC.
On this occasion Desh Rattan Pandita, while highlighting the suffering of the community who are entering 34 the year of exile asked the members to chalk out a strategy for permanent rehabilitation of the community.
P K Raina condemned the dividing policy of the Government. He alleged that the administration suppress us and ignored the basic demand of rehabilitation resulting into the sufferings of the community.
Ashok Raina stressed on unity of the community and urged it to come on one platform.
Mahila Shakti leaders also stressed on unity for common cause, otherwise the community had to repent in future.
Chairman, Bal Krishen Raina while speaking said that all camp and non camp organizations should come on one platform. “It was the right time to “strike the iron”.
