JAMMU:
All courts in this winter capital of the State will suspend their work from tomorrow till July 30.
In a two-hour long meeting today, General House of Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association (Jammu), headed by its president advocate Abhinav Sharma, who is also the convenor of AIIMS coordination committee Jammu, decided that work in all courts in Jammu division will remain suspended from tomorrow till July 30 in protest against the BJP Government’s failure to grant an AIIMS-type medical institute to Jammu.
“Consequently, pressure is mounting afresh on senior BJP Ministers like Deputy CM Nirmal Singh, Health Minister Lal Singh and Forest Minister Bali Bhagat to honour their commitment of resignation, if AIIMS not announced till July 20”, he said. (AGENCIES)
