Adhere to procedures for making admission in PG courses: Sagar

SRINAGAR, Aug 29:  Minister for Rural Development, Law, Justice, Parliamentary Affairs and Panchayati Raj, Ali Mohammad Sagar has stressed for a strict adherence to the laid down procedures while making admissions to the private professional institutions in the State.
The Minister was speaking at a high level meeting convened to discuss the admission procedure in various professional private institutions of the State.
Advocate General, M. I. Qadri, Commissioner Secretary, Law, G. H. Tantray, Secretary Health and Medical Education, M. K. Divedi, Secretary ARI and Trainings, Shagufta Parveen and other senior officers were present in the meeting.
Mr. Sagar impressed upon the officers to ensure that the procedures already set by the Government for admitting desirous candidates in various professional colleges especially at the post graduation level should not be flouted. He said that a proper mechanism should be put in place to ensure the same.
