JAMMU, Feb 10: Anticorruption Bureau Jammu and Kashmir has registered a case against Satish Kumar Bhagat, the then Executive Engineer PMGSY in disproportionate assets case.
According to the ACB, a preliminary enquiry was conducted into the allegations of raising assets disproportionate to known sources of income of public servant namely Satish Kumar Bhagat, the then In-charge Executive Engineer, PMGSY Poonch. Consequently, it came to the fore that the suspect is in possession of huge assets in the shape of immovable / moveable properties on his name and family members.
According to the ACB, Executive Engineer and his family members are in possession of one palatial house at Upper Roop Nagar JDA Colony on a plot of land measuring about 12 Marla, plot measuring 7 Marla at Village Chack Changerwan, Ciaz Car bearing Registration No JK02BX-7591, Baleno Car bearing Registration No. JKO2CE-9142, bank balance, gold and other electronic items etc.
