Mr Gupta while addressing the party workers opposed the said statement and asked the chief Minister, Mufti Mohd Sayeed to take back his words and not to reject the proposal as the AIIMS is only meant for Jammu region. Moreover much expenses has been utilized upon the artificial lake in Surya Pauti Tawi at Jammu.
