UDHAMPUR, Sept 26: Police today arrested an absconding bovine smuggler who was evading arrest for the last seven years.
The accused, identified as Mohd Yaqoob of Third Bali Nullah in Udhampur, was involved in a case FIR number 47/2006 under Section 188-RPC.
