Navratra festival concludes at Swami Paul’s Meditation Home

JAMMU, Oct 23: The Navratra festival organized by Swami Paul’s Meditation Home, Jammu concluded with the “Puranahuti’’ of Maha Gaytri Yagna on Maha Navmi today.
During the nine –day long festival, apart from Gaytri Yagnas, the dhyan sessions with Kirtan and devotional songs and discourses by spiritual heads of the meditation homes of Swami Paul Ji were organized.
Large number of devotees from various parts participated in the festival. Through his discourses Swami Ji discussed various aspects of spirituality. He explained that modern Hinduism has discovered the underlying unity of all the religious orders founded by great saints and messengers of God at different times in different parts of the world with the message that all religions path lead ultimately to the same spiritual goal, the realization of Union with the supreme.
He said this is a message not only of universal tolerance, but of universal acceptance and respect and love. This truth was most brilliantly demonstrated in the life of Sri Rama, he added.
He also highlighted the teachings of Lord Rama who was an apostle of love, affection and brotherhood. He won the hearts of the people at large by his moral and spiritual excellence.
Swami Ji said the supreme nature of Lord Rama can’t conceived and apprehended. It can be realized through utter devotion and love alone, he added.
