UDHAMPUR, May 23: Udhampur Police has attached a movable property worth Rs 9 lakhs belonging to an alleged drug peddler Gurpreet Singh, son of Rajinder Singh of Chanpora, Srinagar, under Section 68-F of the NDPS Act.
The attachment has been made in connection with FIR No. 112/2026 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act of Police Station Rehambal. During the course of investigation, it came to fore that the accused had acquired the said property from the proceeds of illicit narcotics trade.
The attached properties include a vehicle bearing registration No. JK01AX-6969 and one mobile phone (iPhone 16 Pro).
Accordingly, the said properties have been attached/seized under the provisions of Section 68-F of the NDPS Act for further legal proceedings.
