SAMBA, July 20: Nine passengers were injured when a passenger auto was hit by Maruti car at Sarore near Bari Brahmana today.
The injured were shifted by police and passers by to Government Medical College Hospital Jammu for treatment.
They were identified as Shanti Bushan 43, S/o Jagdish Raj Sharma, R/o Baribrahmana, Layaqat Ali 28,S/o Ghulam Hassan R/o Sarore, Goha Ram, 40, S/o Ram Pyare R/o Chattisgarh A/P Muthi, Shivani Sharma, 25, D/o Dev Raj R/o Saror, Sunil , 28,S/o Karam Chand R/o Sarore, Rajesh Gupta ,55, S/o Rattan Chand Gupta R/o Samba, Komal Mehra, 20, D/o Satpal R/o Kheri, Sonali Sharma , 18, D/o Sunil Sharma R/o Kheri and Sita Ram, 45, S/o Sonau Ram R/o Sarika Vihar Muthi.
The Bari Brahmana Police has registered a case under relevant sections of the law in this regard.
