SRINAGAR, June 13: The Government has ordered transfer and postings of 6 IPS officers and promotion of 27 Inspectors as Deputy Superintendents of Police (DySPs).
According to the order, VK Singh, Commandant General, HG/CD & SDRF, J&K, with additional charge of the post of Director, F&ES, J&K has been transferred and posted as DGP (Prisons), relieving Dilbag Singh of the additional charge of the post. He will however, continue to hold the charge of the post of Director, F&ES, J&K till further orders.
Satish Khandaree, upon completion of term of his Central Deputation on May 14, 2019 has been posted as IGP (Prisons) against an available vacancy, while Vijay Kumar, awaiting orders of posting in the PHQ has been adjusted as IGP (Armed), Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
Sujit Kumar, Incharge DIG, Jammu-Samba-Kathua Range has been transferred and posted as Incharge DIG, Udhampur-Reasi Range, relieving Bhim Set Tutti of the additional charge of the post, while Vivek Gupta, Incharge DIG Rajouri-Poonch Range will hold the charge of the post of DIG Jammu-Samba-Kathua Range in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Deepak Kumar, awaiting orders of posting in the Office of Resident Commissioner New Delhi, has been posted as ADGP (Railways) J&K, which will be headquartered at Jammu.
Meanwhile, the promotee Inspectors are Nazir Ahmed Dar, Farooq Hassan Mir, Mohammad Rafi Parray, Maqbool Hussain, Anuroop Sharma, Sajad Ahmed Mir, Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din, Bashir Ahmad Wagay, Ritesh Sambyal, Dedar Singh, Abid Hussain Rafiqi, Imtiyaz Ahmad Nanda, Narinder Singh, Tahir Hussain, Ashok Singh Jasrotia, Mohammad Amin Malik, Sunmati Gupta, Naresh Sharma and Manjit Singh.
Meanwhile, 4 Inspectors (Ministerial) who have been promoted as DySPs (Ministerial) are Mohammad Ali, Dilshada Akhtar, Manzoor Ahmed and Shamas-Ud-Din, whereas 4 Inspector (Stenography) who have been promoted as DySPs (Stenography) are Veena Gadroo, Peer Abdul Haq, Mohammad Ashraf and Mushtaq Ahmad Wani.
