REASI, Oct 14: Six persons got injured in two cars collision at Pouni, here today.
As per police sources, an Indigo car bearing registration number JK20-5892 and Innova car bearing registration number JK02AC-0014 met with an accident at Pouni, resulting into injuries to six persons.
After getting information, police rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to PHC Pouni, from where one of the injured was referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for advanced treatment.
The injured have been identified as Nanda Behen, wife of Deepak Shah and Nita Behen, wife of Hasmukh Bhai, both residents of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Veena Devi, wife of Raj Singh, Vidya Devi, wife of Basant Singh and Raj Kumari, wife of Omkar Singh, trio residents of Sai Lanjan Reasi and Sanjay Kumar, son of Krishan Chand of Katra.
A case under FIR Number 57/15 under Section 279 and 337 RPC has been registered and manhunt has been launched to nab the drivers of the vehicle, who escaped from the spot.
