JAMMU, Mar 16: Government today accorded sanction to the placement of 6 incharge Assistant Executive Engineers (AEEs) of the Public Works (R&B) Department as incharge Executive Engineers (Civil) besides ordering transfer and posting of several other engineers.
A Government order said that degree holder incharge Assistant Executive Engineers Arit Gupta, Shamis Din, Ghulam Mohammad Sheikh, Kuldeep Raj, Bhupinder Kumar Banotra, and Sanjay Kumar have been placed as incharge Executive Engineer (XENs) in their own pay and grade, for a period of six months or till the available vacancies are filled-up, on regular basis, on the recommendations of the DPC/J&K PSC, whichever is earlier.
Consequent upon the placement of the incharge AEEs as XENs, the government also ordered transfer and posting of several engineers.
As per an order XEN Dev Raj Bhagat, awaiting orders of adjustment in the office of Engineer-in-chief has been transferred and posted as TO to CE, PMGSY, Jammu, XEN Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, awaiting orders of adjustment in the office of CE PW (R&B) Zone Jammu, has been transferred and his services have been placed at the disposal of RDD, XEN Rajesh Sharma, posted in R&B Division Reasi, has been transferred and posted in PMGSY Kishtwar, XEN Deepak Puri, TO to CE, PMGSY Jammu has been transferred and posted to SMVDSB Katra. He will also look after the charge/work of SMVDU in addition to his own duty.
XEN Syed Farhat Hussain, currently posted in R&B Division Thathri, has been transferred and posted to J&K ERA, XEN Arit Gupta, currently posted as AEE, PMGSY Udhampur, has been transferred and posted in R&B Division Vijaypur, XEN Shams Din, TO to SE, R&B Circle Kathua-Samba, has been transferred and posted in R&B Division Thathri, Ghulam Mohammad Sheikh, AEE, Home Department, has been transferred and posted in R&B Division DH Pora, XEN Kuldeep Raj, AEE, H&UDD, has been transferred and his services have been placed at the disposal of RDD, XEN Bhupinder Kumar Banotra, AEE, R&B Project Division-II Jammu, has been transferred and posted in R&B Division Reasi, XEN Sanjay Kumar, AEE, H&UDD has been transferred and his services have been placed at the disposal of RDD.
As per another order, 8 AEEs (Civil), 2 AEEs (Mechanical), 3 AEs (Civil), and two JEs (Civil) have also been transferred.
Imtiyaz Parvez Choudhary (AEE), TO to SE, R&B Circle, Bandipora, has been transferred and posted to Sub-Division, High Court, Srinagar, Azmat Iqbal Mir (AEE), has been transferred from Sub-Division, High Court, Srinagar and posted as TO to SE, R&B Circle, Bandipora, Sanjay Rathore (AEE), has been transferred from R&B Division, Kishtwar and posted to PMGSY Sub-Division Paddar. The AEE, Drabshalla shall look after the charge of R&B Sub-Division, Kishtwar in addition to his own duty, ordered the Government.
It has been further ordered that Tasleem Arif (AEE) has been transferred from PMGSY Division Doda and posted to PMGSY Sub-Division Rajouri, Atish Kumar (AEE) has been transferred from SMVDSB, Katra and posted to R&B Sub-Division Chenani, Gopeshwar Sharma (AEE) has been transferred from R&B Sub-Division Chenani and posted to SMVDSB Katra, Khurshid Ahmad Mir (AEE) has been transferred from PMGSY Panchairi and posted to R&B Project Division-II, Central Kashmir against an available vacancy, and Sudhir Kumar (AEE) has been transferred from R&B Sub-Division Panchari and asked to look after the work of PMGSY, Sub-Division Panchari.
Additionally it has been ordered that Dharam Vir Singh (AEE) has been transferred from Jal Shakti Department and posted to H&UDD for further posting in JMC and Nisar Hussain (AEE) has been transferred from H&UDD and posted to Jal Shakti Department.
Siddharth Panjathia (AE) has been transferred from JAKEDA (Science & Technology) and posted to R&B Sub-Division, Jammu East, Ahsan-ul-Haq (AE) has been transferred from REW Shopian and posted to DIQC J&K, and Ashish Mahajan (AE) has been transferred from PMGSY Division Thathri and posted to R&B Circle Kathua against an available vacancy, the order said.
It added that Rikhi Raj (JE), has been transferred from Department of RD & Panchayati Raj and his services have been placed at the disposal of CE, Chenab Zone for further posting in R&B Division Kishtwar, and Khalid Mehmood (JE), has been transferred from R&B Sub-Division, Chhatroo and his services have been placed at the disposal of Department of RD & Panchayati Raj.
Another order said that 4 incharge Assistant Executive Engineers, DIQC J&K have been transferred and posted.
As per the order, Syed Izhar Ahmad has been transferred and posted to R&B Sub-Division BK Pora, Satish Sharma has been transferred and posted to R&B Sub-Division Kalakote, Sujit Kumar Hans has been transferred and posted to R&B Sub-Division Bufliaz, and Vikrant Gandotra has been transferred and posted to R&B Sub Division Bani.
Four other incharge Assistant Executive Engineers (Electrical) deputed by the Power Development Department have also been posted in different departments.
The order issued in this context said that Mehmood Ahmed Bisati, has been transferred and posted to CE Central Kashmir for further posting, Umesh Kumar has been transferred and posted to GMC & Associated Hospital, Jammu, Ganesh Kumar has been transferred and posted to Electric Sub-Division, Jammu Central, and Iftikhar Ahmed Wani has been transferred and posted to GMC & Associate Hospital, Srinagar.
