MENDHAR, Nov 4: In a tragic incident, a five-year old girl drowned in a water tank at village Ari in Mendhar.
The deceased, identified as Fouzia Akhtar, daughter of Mohd Aslam of Ari, was playing with some other children when she accidentally fell into the water tank in front of her house. Even as the family members fished her out of the water tank, doctors at Mendhar Hospital declared her as brought dead.
