JAMMU, May 9: Jourian police arrested four gamblers along with Rs 15850 stake money and playing cards.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Jourian Police Post conducted raid in Muthi area of tehsil Akhnoor and arrested four gamblers along with Rs 15850 stake money and playing cards.
Out of four arrested persons, three belongs to Muthi area and one to Nai Wala Camp.
All the gamblers were booked under Gambling Act and produced in the court of law.
Police team led by Incharge Jourian Police Post SI Anil Choudhary made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Akhnoor Inspector Shiv Dev Singh, SDPO Akhnoor Munish Kumar and SP Rural Shivdeep Singh Jamwal.
