37 JKAS officers promoted, 33 get Spl Scale

JAMMU, Feb 10: The Government today ordered promotion of 37 JKAS officers and also released Special Scale to 33 others.
According to the orders, “Sanction has been accorded to the promotion of Rajinder Singh Tara, Director, Command Area Development, Jammu to the Super Time Scale of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service with effect from 18.01.2022”.
Meanwhile, sanction has been accorded to the release of Special Scale (Non-functional) in favour of the 33 JKAS officers. The officers are Anil Salgotra, Sunaina Sharma, Subah Mehta, Tahir Ajaz, Vinakshi Koul, Sumira Shamim, Devinder Singh Bhau, Dr. Arvind Karwani, Neelam Khajuria, Fayaz Ahmad Fayaz, Veveik Puri, Rohit Sharma, Tabasum Shafat Kamili, Harbans Lal, Syed Shabir Ahmad, Deepika Rana, Mohammad Ashraf Sheikh, Dr. Khalid Hussain Malik, Ansuya Jamwal, Satish Kumar, Anil Sharma, Reyaz Ahmad Shah, Sachin Jamwal, Prem Singh, Dr. Zakir Hussain Wani, Mohammad Ashraf, Amreet Singh, Afsan Masood, Devinder Paul, Mohammad Syed Khan, Paramjeet Singh, Inderjeet Singh and Ravi Mohan Khajuria.
However, sanction has been accorded to the promotion of Sapna Kotwal, Project Manager, IWMP, Udhampur to the Selection Grade of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service.
In another order, sanction has been accorded to the appointment (by promotion) of 35 officers of departmental feeding services to the Time Scale of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service. The officers are Khurshid Ahmad Khalil, Dharam Paul, Sunil Kumar, Vijay Kumar, Dewakar Khajuria, Farooq Ahmad Naqash, Mehraj-ud-din Wani, Amresh Kotwal and Pawan Kumar Goswami, Abdul Jabbar, Asifa Jan, Iftikhar Rasool Hamdani, Naseema Akhter, Mohammad Yaseen Baqal, Syed Nazir Ahmad-II, Mohammad Amin Shah, Farooq Ahmed Malik, Ghulam Dastigir Alam Shubi Tabasum, Anjali Fotedar, Nisar Ahmad Wani, Farooq Ahmad, Shakeel Hussain, Mushtaq Ahmad Wani, Rakesh Sharma, Mirza Shahid Ali Beigh, Triloki Nath Koul, Shakeel Ahmad Sheshtar, Vijay Kumar Koul, Sham Lal Abrol, Aijaz Ahmad Shigon, Kanwal Krishan Ganjoo, Mohammad Altaf Zullah, Tarun Sharma and Abdul Rehman Bhat.
