NOWSHERA, Aug 18: The police seized three vehicles along with 15 bovine animals and arrested five persons in this connection.
A police spokesman said that during naka last mid night, the police party intercepted three Tata Mobile vehicles bearing registration Nos. JK02AK/692, JK02AU/3157 and JK02AJ/7489 on Nowshera-Sunderbani road and found 15 bovine animals being transported. The police seized all the three vehicles along animals and arrested five persons. Cases were registered against them.
Those arrested were identified as Mohd Ilias, son of Mohd Aslam, Shah Nawaj-Driver son of Barkat UllahMohd Parvez, son of Mohd Shabir, residents of Dandi Dhar in Rajouri, Kewel- driver, son of Munshi Ram of Sunderbani and driver Kishore Singh, son of Balbir Singh of Bal Jarala.
