LEH, Mar 17: The Union Territory of Ladakh Administration today designated three officers as Commissioner/Secretaries.
They include Saugat Biswas, IAS officer of 2006 batch, Preet Pal Singh, IFoS officer of 2002 batch and Padma Angmo, IIS officer of 2002 batch.
