JAMMU, Apr 20: The Government has ordered transfer and postings of 29 doctors including Incharge (I/c) Medical Superintendents and BMOs.
According to the order, Dr Arun Sharma (I/c MS Super Speciality Hospital Jammu) has been transferred and posted as I/c MS MCH Gandhinagar on full time basis while Dr Harjeet Rai (I/c Deputy MS SSH Jammu) in addition to his own duties, shall look after the charge of MS SSH Jammu till further orders.
Dr Yaqoob Ali (I/c MS GMC Rajouri) has been transferred and posted as I/c DHO Poonch and Dr Mehmood Hussain Bajar (I/c BMO Manjakote) has been transferred and posted as Medical Officer (MO) at GMC Rajouri on the standard terms and conditions of deputation. He shall also look after the charge of MS GMC Rajouri in addition to his own duties.
Dr Jyoti Jolly (I/c DIO Samba) has been transferred and posted as I/c ZLO Jammu, Dr Mohinder Kumar (I/c BMO Sohanjana) transferred and posted as I/c BMO Manjakote, Dr Sumir Kaul (TO, NIDDCP) transferred and posted as I/c BMO Sohanjana, Dr Mohd Mushtaq Ahmad Chowhan (I/c BMO Gandoh) transferred and posted as I/c DIO Samba and Dr Shafqat Javed (MO AH Thathri) has been transferred and posted as I/c BMO Gandoh.
Dr Manju Jamwal (MO NTPHC Kaka Dabuz) has been transferred and posted as NTPHC Channi Rama, Dr Deepika Dewan (MO, Anti Rabies Unit, GMC Jammu, on deputation basis) transferred and posted at Leprosy Slum Jammu and Dr Abhineet Suri (MO GMC Kathua on deputation basis) has been transferred and posted at CHC Sohanjana.
Medical Officers– Dr Syed Neelofar Jan (Consultant Gynecologist), Dr Yousuf Bashir (MD Microbiology), Dr Samreen Mizra (MD Gynecology) and Dr Deeba Farhat (MD Gynecology), who were awaiting orders of adjustment at Directorate of Health Services (DHS) Kashmir, have been posted at Emergency Hospital Qazigund, DH Pulwama, SDH Pattan and SDH Magam, respectively.
Dr Basharat Ramzan (DNB Pediatrics) has been posted at DH Bandipora, Dr Ghulam Mustafa (MS Surgery) at DH Handwara, Dr Saima Gayas (Gynecologist) at DH Pulwama, Dr Aadil Majeed (MD Medicine) at Block Mattan, Dr Iram Wani (DNB Gynae) at SDH Baramulla, Dr Roohay Jan (MD Anesthesia) at SDH Chadoora (Budgam), Dr Nadeem Bashir Pushoo at Sagam Block Larnoo, Dr Khalid Aejaz Nasti (MD Medicine) at PHC Pahalgam, Dr Aabid Hussain Sofi (MS Ortho) at DH Kulgam, Dr Benish Jeelani (MD Gynecology) at SDH Kangan, Dr Manzoor Mohd Dar (Dental Surgeon) at DH Pulwama, Dr Rouf Gul (Mch CVTS) at GMC Jammu (on deputation) and Dr Yawar Nissar (Mch Plastic Surgery) to GMC Srinagar (on deputation). All these doctors were awaiting orders of adjustment at DHS Kashmir.
