JAMMU, Mar 31: The Government today issued orders of transfers and postings of 23 senior officers in State Finance Department.
Shagufta Qazi, Director Finance (DF) Relief and Rehabilitation Deptt has been shifted and posted as Director, Audit & Inspections, Finance Department; Tehseen Mufti , Director Finance Labour & Employment Deptt has been shifted and placed as Director Finance, Social welfare Department vice Abdul Majid Bhat. She will also hold the charge of Science & Tech department.
Ghulam Mohd Khan, Director Finance (DF) Home Department has been shifted and placed as Director Public Works (R&B) Department vice Rajesh Talwar; Kuldeep Kumar Gupta, Director Finance PDD has been transferred and posted as Director, Accounts and Treasuries, Jammu vice Lochan Dass, who retired on March 31. Neelam Gupta, Principal, Northern Zone Accountancy Training Institute Jammu has been shifted and placed as Director Finance, ARI & Trainings Department.
Kulbir Kour Gujral, Director Finance J&K Tourism Development Corp has been shifted and placed as Principal, Northern Zonal Accountancy Training Institute; Mohd Yaqoob Ittoo, Director Finance Industries and Commerce has been transferred and posted as Director Finance Home Deptt; Mahesh Dass, Director Finance PHE, I&FC Department has been placed as Director Finance PDD while Rajesh Talwar as Director Finance, Labour and Employment Department.
Neeraj Gupta DF, Planning Development and Monitoring Deptt has been shifted and posted as DF PHE, I&FC Deptt; Shaheen Mohd Ashraf , DF Forest Department has been shifted and placed as DF Housing and Urban Development Deptt; Zahoor Ahmed Wani , DF Health and Medical Education Deptt as Director Finance, Relief and Rehabilitation Deptt vice Shagufta Qazi. He will also be Director Finance Project Monitoring Unit, World Bank.
Rajesh Chander Kotwal, Director Finance, Housing and Urban Development Deptt has been placed as DF, Industries and Commerce Deptt; Suresh Kumar Sen, DF Transport Deptt has been placed as DF Agriculture Production Deptt; Mohd Rafiq, DF Agriculture Production as DF Health and Medical Education; Abdul Majid Bhat, DF Social Welfare Deptt as DF Animal/ Sheep Husbandry Deptt. He will also hold the charge of Cooperative Department while Barkat Hussain DF Revenue Deptt has been placed as DF, Planning Development & Monitoring Department.
Iftikhar Hussain, FA&CAO Tribal Affairs Deptt has been shifted and placed as FA &CAO Forest Deptt; Seema Bhasin, FA&CAO Animal Husbandry as FA &CAO Revenue Deptt; Amit Mahajan, CAO, Directorate of Estates J&K as Treasury Officer Civil Sectt; Yasir Sharief , Distt Treasury Officer Kishtwar as FA&CAO, JKTDC; Syed Altaf Hussain, Dy Director Accounts & Treasuries Finance Deptt as CAO, Directorate of Estates while Irfan Majid I/C CAO, District Fund Office Kishtwar has been shifted and posted as I/C District Treasury Officer Kishtwar vice Yasir Sharief. He will also hold the charge of CAO Distt Fund Office Kishtwar.
