JAMMU, Nov 10: Special Municipal Mobile Magistrate Jammu Manoj Parihar has awarded two years imprisonment and fine of Rs 5000 to Bharat Bhushan, who was involved in chain snatching case.
After hearing Senior PO Raj Kumar, the court observed, “prosecution has proved the guilt against the accused persons beyond any reasonable doubt”. Accordingly, court awarded two years imprisonment to the accused.
