SRINAGAR, Apr 12: Police today arrested two Lashkar-e-Toiba Over Ground Workers (OGW) in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Police said that on 11th April, Police Station Kreeri received reliable information that Bashir Ahmed Bhat, son of Late Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, resident of Mirangund Kreeri, Waseem Ahmed Mir son of Abdul Gani Mir, resident of Authoora Kreeri are instigating and motivating youth of Kreeri were to join the militant ranks for increasing the militant activities for which the aforesaid person have managed to procure some grenades and other arms and ammunition.
Police said that the duo were nabbed during the search operation and two Chinese grenades and 20 live AK 47 rounds were recovered from their possession.
