JAMMU, June 9: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has accorded sanction to the grant of 1st In-Situ Promotion to 12 Senior Stenographers of the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service under the J&K Civil Services (Higher Standard Pay Scale Scheme) Rules, 1996.
