JAMMU, Apr 2: Various members today raised important issues during Zero Hour in the House.
Nasir Aslam Wani demanded early construction of Mehjoor Nagar Bridge.
Ajaz Ahmad Jan demanded widening of Mandi-Loran road and clearing the liability of contractors with regard to construction of different development projects.
T. Namgyal demanded filling vacant posts of Surgeon Specialists in SDH Nobra. Rachpal Singh demanded to clear the liabilities of contractors of Rajouri at the earliest. Ashok Kumar demanded adequate funds for afforestation along National Highway road.
Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen demanded relief to windstorm affectee of last year under NCRF and also demanded assessing the damages of horticulture and mustered crop due to yesterday’s hail and windstorm in Budgam district.
Mohammad Sharief Niaz demanded plying adequate fleet of buses on Bhaderwah and Bhalessa road of his constituency as it necessary to prevent the frequent accidents in these hilly areas.
Bharat Bhushan also demanded upgradation of healthcare facilities at Medical College Jammu. Ashwani Kumar demanded revamping J&K Sports Council as per the aspirations of the Sports lovers.
G. M. Saroori demanded comprehensive policy for SPOs, DRWs, NYCs and EVs for regulation of their wages and absorption in their respective departments.
Ashraf Ganai demanded on spot recruitment in Police for Sopore youth.
Charanjeet Singh demanded construction of flood protection bunds to save agricultural land in his constituency.
Dr. Sheikh Mustafa Kamaal demanded a report in the House regarding damages caused due to yesterday’s wind and hailstorm in Valley.
Yash Paul Kundal demanded immediate upgradation of Mansar road.
