‘Zaika Punjab Da’ food fest at Fortune Inn Riviera

JAMMU, Aug 17: Punjab has always been identified as a land of cheerfulness and joyfulness, where festivals are celebrated with much enthusiasm and fanfare.
To celebrate the food festival with a gastronomical expedition of Punjab, Fortune Inn Riviera, Jammu invites the foodies of the city to experience the passion and vibrant colors of the State with lip-smacking Punjabi food in a Punjabi Food Festival ‘Zaika Punjab Da’ from 19th August till 28th August,17 at Orchid during dinner.
With an aim to create the most authentic Punjabi menu for the occasion, Chef Biswajit Chakraborty and Chef Ajgar Ghazi discovered culinary secrets of the region and sketched inspiration from the traditional relished dishes.
This would be a delicious experience for the food lovers of the city as they could eat  varieties of traditional Punjabi dishes each day. The festival would take the foodies of the city on an extraordinary expedition to taste the delicious Punjabi dishes
Kaju Mutter Makkahana, Kaju Paneer, Gajar Gobi aur methi ki Sabzi,  Aloo Gobi Adraki, Palak Panneer, Sarsaon ki Saag, Paneer Makahanwala, Pindi Chana, Aloo Badiya Sabzi , Ma ki Dal, Dal Makhani, Dal Palak Lasooni, Methi Dal, Khatti Dal, are the vegetarian delicacies Kandhari Murg, Makkhan da Murg, Kukud Tariwala, Methi Murg, Bhuna Gosht, Gosht Palak, Rada Gosht, Methi Machli, Fish Tariwala, Bhatti da Murg, Mutton Lahori, Murg Kalimirch Tikka, Mutton Boti Kebab, Chicken Pahari Kebab, Lasooni Chicken Tikka, Sarsaonwali Fish Tikka, Fish Amritsari  are  among the non-vegetarians. There will be a selection of breads like: Makki di Roti, Amritsari Kulcha, Amritsari Roti, Methi Paratha, Pudina Paratha, Mirch ka Paratha, Missi Roti and Fulka.
