KATHUA, Apr 29: Basholi Police has registered a case against Bindo, son of Munshi Ram of Banjla Mordha under Section 376 RPC for outraging the modesty of a girl and harassing her sexually.
The father of the girl whose name has been kept a secret has made a written complaint with Basholi Police that his daughter has been sexually harassed by Bindo. However the youth is absconding to evade the arrest. The Basholi Police has launched a man hunt to nab him.
