JAMMU, Mar 19: A youth convention was organised by BJYM Jammu at Party Headquarters Trikuta Nagar here today. General secretary (Org) Ashok Koul, BJYM State president Dr. Suresh Ajay Magotra, BJP State vice-president Rajni Sethi and Yudhvir Sethi, BJP district president Jammu, Baldev Singh Billawiria and BJYM State general secretary Vikas Choudhary were present on the occasion.
Ashok Koul, while addressing said that Yuva Morcha has reached the far flung areas of the State, and there is no hesitation to say that State BJYM is touching the new heights under the leadership of Dr. Magotra. Koul said that, to achieve the target and dreams of Prime Minister the youth activists at all levels need to be involved in all the functions and programmes of our Party.
He said that the recent election results in assemblies were great land mark for the party and it was possible because of hard work and involvement of the youth activists, who approached all sections of the society.
President Yuva Morcha Dr. Magotra, said that the youth of the State have chosen BJP for the peace and development of the State, and Yuva Morcha has reached in all the three regions of the State. BJYM has a good strength of Yuva activists in every district of the State, Mandals have been constituted and the next focus is to reach at booth level. He further said the way Prime Minister and High Command of the party is working, it has boosted the morale of the youth activists of the Party and our youth activists are working very hard to lay the strong foundation of the organisation in each and every corner of the State.
Meanwhile, BJYM Kashmir Displaced District president also held a convention here at Adarsh Nagar Bantalab to celebrate Vijay Utsav. The speakers said that BJP is becoming stronger day by day with the strong and selfless work of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and party president Amit Shah.
BJP State vice president Moti Koul was the chief guest on the occasion. He said Narendra Modi has a clear vision to bring country out of mismanagement and misrule of last 60 years. The country is moving in right direction after Modi Ji took over in 2014. He urged the party men to gear up for the upcoming Municipal and Panchayati elections.
In his address Chand Ji Bhat president BJP Displaced District said the victory has broken the myth that BJP is caste based and communal party and it belongs to all sections of the society. Others who spoke included Sharda Nandan Bhat, Ravinder Razdan, P K Koul all voice pvesidents, BJYM general secretary Sanjay Bhat, Romil Mahaldar, P L Dhar , Bharat Bushan Gosani, Makhan Lal Bhat, Kamal Warikoo etc.
