JAMMU, Mar 2: Bakshi Nagar police under ‘Operation Sanjeevani’ arrested a youth along with intoxicants.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Bakshi Nagar police station arrested a youth along with 21 intoxicant injections and 4 tablets.
The accused has been identified as Vicky Giri, son of Raj Kumar Giri, a resident of Nagrota.
A case under FIR Number 36/17 under Section 8/21/22 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has been registered at Bakshi Nagar police station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Bakshi Nagar Inspector Ashwani Kumar Sharma made the arrest under the supervision of SP City North Vinod Kumar.
