RAJOURI, June 29: The police today arrested a youth for allegedly kidnapping a girl hailing from Budhal area of Rajouri district.
A police spokesman said that Budhal police party led by SHO conducted raid in Khawas area and arrested Mohd Ashraf, son of Mohd Akbar resident of Kandi. He had allegedly kidnapped minor daughter of Mohd Shafi of village Dandote on June 26. On the basis of information provided by the family of the girl, the police today arrested the accused and recovered the kidnapped girl. A case FIR No. 46/ 2015 has been registered in this connection.
