REASI, Mar 28: A 25 years old youth was found brutally murdered by unidentified assailants in forest area of Chamba, under the jurisdiction of Katra Police Station.
The deceased, identified as Talib Hussain, son of Sakhi Mohd of Chamba, was found dead in the forest area this afternoon. His body wore several injury marks with some sharp edged weapon thus making it clear that it was a murder case.
According to the reports, the deceased was missing since last evening and he didn’t reach home since then. This afternoon, some local informed the family members about recovery of his dead body after which Police also reached the spot for legal formalities.
A murder case in this connection has been registered at Police Station Katra.
