JAMMU, Mar 13: A youth was found murdered near river Chenab in Devipur area, falling under the jurisdiction of Akhnoor police station.
As per police sources, a youth was found murdered near river Chenab in Devipur area this morning.
On getting information, police team from Akhnoor police station rushed to the spot and shifted the body having grievous injury marks inflicted by sharp edged weapons to mortuary room at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for identification.
A case under FIR Number 44/16 under Section 302 RPC has been registered at Akhnoor police station and investigation started.
