UDHAMPUR, Jan 30: A youth committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence in Ward number 16, Chabutra Bazar Udhampur.
The deceased, identified as Shamsher Singh (25), son of Pram Chand of village Chullna in Pancheri Block, presently putting up in Ward number 16, Chabutra Bazar Udhampur, was found hanging from ceiling fan hook in the room.
On being informed, Police sifted the body to hospital for legal formalities and registered a case in this connection for further investigation.
