RAMBAN, Apr 23: A youth was buried alive in a landslide at Karool area here this morning.
As per reports, Harvinder Singh (28), son of Kamal Singh of Karool Ramban, running a tyre repairing workshop at Karool went to take bath near a spring, when he got buried under a landslide.
On getting information, police, QRT volunteers and locals rushed to the spot, started rescue operation and recovered the body.
The body was shifted to District Hospital Ramban, where after conducting postmortem the same was handed over to family members for last rites.
