JAMMU, Jan 5: Coming heavily on some legislators for using unparliamentary language in Assembly, Young Panthers today demanded resignation of lawmakers for showing disrespect to the sacrifices of soldiers by terming terrorists martyr.
While addressing media, Young Panthers State vice president, Partap Singh Jamwal said it was unfortunate and shameful that some legislators in the august house glorified terrorists.  “This is unfortunate that legislators like Showket Ganaie and Er  Rashid, who had taken oath of constitution, are overtly challenging it in the legislative assembly” said Jamwal,  adding that terming terrorist Burhan Wani as martyr in the House amounts to disrespect of the soldiers, who had sacrificed their lives for the country.
Jamwal further said that BJP legislators who maintained a silence when this unparliamentarily language was being used in the House, should also resign on moral grounds.
