Young Panthers’ concern over exploitation of educated youth

JAMMU Nov 20: Young Panthers showed deep anguish and resentment over the exploitation of educated youth of the State.
During the press conference State Vice President YP, Partap Singh Jamwal lambasted the previous PDP- BJP coalition for their anti – youth policy which has put the career of lakhs of youth at stake. He said under SRO- 202 issued by the previous coalition Government for the five years the appointee shall be entitled to minimum pay scale which should not be more than Rs 10, 000. This is totally injustice with the youth , he added.
Partap lambasted ex BJP-PDP coalition for adopting Anti-Educated Youth policy and demanded early abrogation of SRO 202 of 2015 in the larger interests of educated youth. He highlighted shortcomings of the SRO and said that SRO 202 is absolutely deception with youth of the State and promulgation of this SRO has depressed newly recruited appointees by getting only basic salary without any allowances, which is insufficient in this sky rocketing prices.
He said that the SRO 202 under which upto the five years the appointee will be entitled to minimum pay scale which is not more than 10, 000 and the employee under this policy gets Rs 330/ per day which is even less then labourer.
