JAMMU, June 8: Young Napolean Football Club registered solitary goal win over Churchill ‘A’, while Young Warrior Football Club held TRJ FC to a goalless draw in the ongoing 1st Mufti Mohammad Sayeed Memorial Gold Cup Football League Tournament-2018, being organized by DFA Jammu, under the auspices of Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) at GGM Science College Football Ground, here.
The first match ended in a goalless draw as the players and the goalkeepers of both the teams showed brilliant defending skills.
In the second match, Ridmish Singh scored the goal in 17 minute to help Young Napolean to defeat Churchill ‘A’ by one goal to nil (1-0).
The matches were officiated by Honey Mehra, Rahul Sharma, Sanju Jangral and Rahul Ghai, while the Tournament is being held under the Chairmanship of Sheikh Mehmood, President DFA Jammu. Yousuf Don is the Organising Secretary, while the members included Charan Dass, Mohan Lal, Bharat Bhushan and Narinder Gupta.
