UDHAMPUR, Jan 20: A young man was found dead under mysterious circumstances at village Kawa, here today.
The deceased was identified as Madav Vindra Tibari (30), son of Krishan Kumar Tibari of Uttar Pradesh (UP).
Police took the dead body to District Hospital Udhampur for postmortem and registered a case in this connection, under 174 RPC for further investigation.
