YCET holds placement drive

JAMMU, July 8: A placement drive for the students of final year of Yogananda College of Engineering & Technology (YCET) having completing their course in various disciplines like Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computer was organized in the college campus here today.
Various renowned companies under the banner of Menrol (Ikya Global, Muskat, Okaya Infocom, Artech, Dominion Technologies, Cognizant, IBM, Aricent, Amazon, Allsoft Solutions etc) visited the campus for the purpose.
Bhushan Bansal, Head, Talent Acquisition and Dr Abhay Kumar Srivastava, Head Operations, were the representatives from the companies who visited for the placement drive.
The drive was initiated and organized by Khushbu Singh, Training and Placement Officer of the Institute.
More than 100 students participated in the drive out of which 30 students got placed in different companies with the minimum package of 2.20 lakh per annum. Bhushan Bansal congratulated the students and assured them all assistance for bright career and future.
The drive concluded with the vote of thanks by Dr Arvind Dewangan, Director, YCET.
