POONCH, Dec 17: Senior PDP leader and MLC Yashpal Sharma today inaugurated Rs 30 lakh interlocked tiling works in Mohalla Bachiter Nagar, Radio Station and Kamsar, out of his Rs 60 lakh CDF given to Poonch Municipality recently for developmental works.
Large number of residents of Mohalla Bachiter Nagar, Radio Station and Kamsar were present on the occasion and appreciated the initiative of MLC Yashpal Sharma. The MLC was accompanied by senior leader Naresh Sharma, Raghubir Singh, Advocate Sunil Sharma, Prithvi Raj Sharma, Rohit Khajuria, Paramjeet Verma and others.
Speaking on the occasion, Yashpal Sharma said that Poonch city will lead the way in the developmental activities. He said, “Every day we are writing new chapters of growth in the Poonch city and people have begun to see a huge change on the ground under the leadership of our Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti. I am working round the clock in the service of people and will not rest till my goal of development of Poonch is achieved”. He said that PDP led Coalition Government fully stands for development of each and every area of the State and so people must stand behind this Government to witness development of all kinds in times to come.
