JAMMU, Feb 23: A woman was injured today in a stove blast at his residence in RS Pura area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, a 22-year-old woman identified as Preeti wife of Rahul, resident of Christian Colony, RS Pura, sustained about 10-15 % burn injuries when the kerosene stove on which she was cooking food, exploded with a big bang.
The injured woman was immediately rushed to a Government Hospital in RS Pura, from where she was later referred to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu. The concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
