JAMMU, July 8: A woman was today found hanging at her residence in Jhajjar Kotli area of city outskirts.
According to police spokesperson, the woman identified as Naseem Akhter wife of Yakin Ali, resident of Badsoo (Jhajjar Kotli) was found hanging this morning with an iron angel of the tinned roof of her house.
The body of the deceased was shifted to Primary Health Centre, Dansal, where after conducting post mortem it was handed over to her legal heirs for last rites. Jhajjar Kotli police had taken cognizance of the matter.
