Excelsior Correspondent

REASI, Oct 3: Following electrocution of a woman at her house in Seela, family members of the deceased alleged that the victim died because of delay in providing her treatment at District Hospital Reasi.
The agitated family members of the deceased, namely Kanta Devi, wife of Baldev Raj of Seela, held a vociferous protest against the hospital administration and also broke a glass door of the emergency ward.  They alleged that there was no doctor on the duty when they brought the victim to hospital and she died because of no timely treatment to her.
However, on the other hand, doctors and Medical staff at SDH Reasi claimed that the woman had already died when she was   brought to the hospital.
The high-voltage drama continued for some time but before the Police could reach the spot, the agitating family members took away body of the deceased without postmortem.
Police has not registered any case in this regard.
