LADAKH, Jan 22: A woman died after being bitten by stray dogs in Nyoma, here, a police official said.
The deceased has been identified as Lobzang Dolma, wife of Skarma Tsering Gyalpos.
Police has started inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC.
