JAMMU, Sept 30: 1st Whirlpool Inter-school Roller Skating Competition was held for preprimary block at Jodhamal Public School Skating Rink here today.
The participating Schools included JMPS, KC International, Model Academy, Lutheran Academy, APS, Tiger APS, Rich Harvest, Stephens International, Kidzee Sidhra, Pre primary Kidzee Gandhi Nagar, Vardhmaan Bal Vatika etc.
The children participated with full zest in Inline skating, Quads skating and Artistic skating events.
All activities were judged by a panel of adjudicators who had tough time while making judgments, as each child was one better than his nearest rival.
The Chief Guest for the event was SP Operations Vinay Kumar Sharma who was spell-bound by the enthusiasm and sportsmanship of not only the little ones, but also their mentors.
The entire competition was witnessed by the Principal Trilok Singh Bist, the school management and the chief guest.
They all appreciated and lauded the efforts of Coach Kamal Anand to make this event successful. A vote of thanks was given by the Principal, Mr Bist.
The winners were declared in the end with names are as Vidyashi Rakwal, Shreruya Verma, Medhavi Mahajan, Vedant Jamwal, Advick, Vihaan Gangotra, Anurav Mahajan, Omansh Singla, Sidakh, Aaish Nabi, Sheikh Zainab, Pavik, Pearl Suri, Rudhika, Manya, Pratham Dev Singh, Jai Aditya, Jasandeep, Ansh, Davick, Aruman, Yuvraj, Manit Jain, Ashwin, Narayan Bakshi, Harmehar Singh, Gurshabad, Seeratdeep, Sugandh, Divya Shakti and Kaira Singh.
