It is notified that the borrowers who have applied for settlement of the loan accounts under SFC's One time Settlement Scheme (OTS-10) and have come forward by depositing the token money and have yet to deposit the balance by virtue of this notice, they are enjoined upon to deposit the balance amount immediately to avail the concessions under this Golden settlement scheme.
J&K SFC has extended very adequate time to these borrowers despite foregoing huge interest loss in the shape of offering total interest waiver.
The borrowers are intimated that no further time/concessions shall be extended to them and in case the settled package amount is not paid by 30th September, 2010, the amount paid partly, if any under the scheme including token money shall be applied towards interest overdue as per rules and the corporation shall proceed legally to recover the entire balance outstanding including the full interest.
Please note that the repayment period of settled package under OTS-10 is expiring on 30.9.2010 and as no extension whatsoever shall be permissible, the qualifying borrowers are requested to ensure depositing of balance dues well within the permissible period to avoid any inconvenience.

Whereas, the incriminating material found in their possession falls within the definition of unfair means as mentioned in Rule 20 of J&K Public Service Commission (Conduct of Examination) Rules, 2005; and
Whereas, the candidates are prima facie guilty of resorting to unfair means and are liable to punishment under Rule 25 of J&K Public Service Commission (Conduct of Examination) Rules, 2005.
Now therefore, before imposing appropriate punishment under rules upon the above candidates they are directed to individually show cause within 05 days from the date of issuance of this notice as to why action in terms of the above quoted rule be not taken against them. Failure to show cause, action was warranted under law shall follow, without any further notice.
However, in case any candidate wants to appear in person or wants to produce any evidence or record his/her statement he/she may appear before the Controller of Examination, J&K Public Service Commission on 26.08.2010 at 10.00 A.M. for the purpose.
