Special Police Officer
(SPO) was shot dead by
militants at Kastigarh in
Doda district last night.
He has been identified as
Fallail Singh, a resident
of Kastigarh. Official
sources said the SPO had
been attached with 10

mission to locate a
hide-out of the militants
in upper reaches of
Kastigarh when he was
kidnapped by the

Satwari police station
where it was being sold
in black-market at the
rate of Rs 200 per bag. A

the truck, has been
arrested while a hunt was
on to nab construction
division officials
involved in
black-marketing of the
cement. The cement was
