The scheme is available for all those defaulters who have completed the given period of 54 months or above and have not cleared their dues yet. The scheme is available for a specific period and no further opportunity will be provided to any defaulter after the closure of the scheme. The neccessary legal action shall be initiated against those defaulters and their guarantors who fail to clear their dues, even after the said opportunity given to them.

Whereas the case has been examined and it has been observed that vide Govt. Order No: 989-Edu of 2004 dated: 31.12.2004, two Lecturers indicating same surname were placed as Senior Lecturers (S.No 6 & 95). Subsequently a corrigendum on 9.2.2005 was issued treating the surname “Wanchoo” indicating against Mr. Fayaz Ahmed appearing at S.No.95 in the said Govt. Order as deleted. However, while issuing seniority list of Senior Lecturer name of Shri Fayaz Ahmed S.No.95 was not included in the said list without keeping in view the corrigendum issued on 9.2.2005 presuming that Fayaz Ahmed appearing at S.No. 6 & 95 is one and the same;
Whereas it is proposed to fix the seniority of Shri Fayaz Ahmed Ahanger as Senior Lecturer at S.No.1522-A between S/Shri Vinay Kumar Hangloo and Mohammad Latief Sofi in the seniority list of Senior Lecturers issued vide Govt. Order No:24-Edu of 2006 dated: 25.1.2006 on the basis of his seniority in the cadre of Lecturers;
Now, therefore, before taking the above proposed action, all those who are likely to be affected thereby are called upon to send their objections, if any,within a period of 15 days from the date of issue of this notice, failing which it will be presumed that they have nothing to say in the matter and orders will be issued accordingly.
