SRINAGAR, Nov 3: National Conference (NC) leaders Omar Abdullah and Mian Altaf Ahmed were among three candidates who filed their nomination papers in Ganderbal and Kangan Assembly segments for Phase-II of polling amid total shutdown and hostile slogans in Ganderbal today. Polling is scheduled to take place in two segments of Ganderbal district (Ganderbal, Kangan) and four segments of Rajouri district (Rajouri, Darhal, Kalakot, Nowshera) in Phase-II of Assembly elections in Jammu & Kashmir on November 23.....more
