PHE Div. Doda from approved contractors
who posses valid registration card duly
renewed for 2008-09 i.e ending March 2009
for execution of below mentioned work
strictly as per terms and conditions
given below. The list of works is
enclosed as per annexured
‘’A’’ enclosed.
Terms and
Conditions:
1. That
tenders should reach in the office of the
Superintending Engineer Hyd. Circle Doda
or Executive Engineer PHE Div. Doda on or
before 26.05.2008 upto 2 PM. The tender
shall be opened by the addressee on the
same day or other day convenient to him
in presence of the tenderers or
authorized representative of the
tenderers who wish to be present.
2. The
tender documents can be had on any
working day from the office of the
undersigned date of sale tender from
12.05.2008 to 20.05.2008 upto 2 PM
against cash payment of Rs. 100/- (Rs.
One hundred only) non refundable. The
tender documents shall only be issued
after verification of validity, renewal
of registration card/clearance
certificate from ITD.
3. Only
those contractors are eligible for
purchase of tender documents who will
produce deposit CDR for the works and
registration card with H.A or Camp clerk
and also attend the Divisional office in
person.
4. The
tender shall only be received by
registered post, covered sealed,
subscribed with the name of the work and
also the full address of the contractor
(as per his registration card provided
the same is received before stipulated
date and time. No tender shall be
accepted by hand or by unregistered post.
5. The
intending tenderers may please note that
in case the work is not completed within
the stipulated time; the contract shall
be deemed to be terminated automatically
without issuing any notice. In that case
alternate arrangements for completion of
balance work shall be made at the risk
and cost of the contractor (if any
involved).
6. The
intending tenderers may please note that
the time of completion shall be the sole
essence of the contract due to limited
working season in the area.
7. Tenders
received after stipulated time and date
shall out rightly be rejected.
8. No
conditional tender will be accepted.
9. Tender
submitted for each work shall be
considered valid for a period of 90 days
from the date of opening.
10. The
Earnest money as mentioned shall
accompany the tender form in shape of CDR
from any schedule bank pledged to the
Executive Engineer PHE Div. Doda. The
tender without CDR shall out rightly be
rejected.
11. In
case of typographical error, in rates or
in the agreement in respect or rates,
quantity or in units, the same shall be
corrected as per SSR 2004.
12. In
case the due date for receipt of tenders
is declared as Gazetted Holiday the
tenders shall be received on the next
working day.
13. Any
other item of work found received but out
side the purview of the advertised rate
list shall be paid as per SSR 2004 after
seeking written approval from the
competent authority.
18. The
item-wise rate quoted by the
contractor/firm shall not be entertained
at all.
19. Income
tax/service or any other tax as under
rule shall be deducted from the bill of
the contractor at source.
20. Valid
Registration Certificate with J&K
State Tax Department.
21. Any
other terms and conditions as mentioned
in the PWD form 25 shall be binding upon
the contractor.

superscribed “Tender for Stationery
Items” affixed with revenue stamps
worth Rs. 5/- and accompanied with
CDR/FDR for Rs. 10,000/= (Rupees Ten
Thousand) only as earnest money pledged
to the Secretary, J&K State Board of
School Education drawn on J&K Bank
Ltd. are invited from registered
stationery dealers for supply of
different stationery items. The
successful tenderer should be able to
supply the items within 10 (ten) days
from the date of placement of order. In
case of delay in supply/short supplies, a
penalty upto 10% on the enexecuted value
shall be imposed at the discretion of the
Board Authorities. An agreement to this
effect has to be executed with the Board
authorities by the successful tenderer.
The rates quoted should be inclusive of
all taxes including VAT. The rates
approved shall remain valid for one year.
The tender form, terms and conditions
form, alongwith the list of stationery
items to be supplied can be had from the
office of the Joint Secretary (Admn.) J D
Rehari, Jammu/Deputy Secretary Forms
(Central) J&K BOSE, Bye Pass, Bemina,
Srinagar, on any working day.
The last date of receipt of tenders
alongwith the samples in the office of
the Secretary, J&K State Board of
School Education, Bye Pass, Bemina,
Srinagar is 28.5.08 upto 2 p.m. The
tenders shall be opened on the same day
or any other subsequent working day in
presence of such tenderers, as may wish
to be present.
Tenders without CDR/FDR or samples shall
not be accepted.
The undersigned reserves the right to
reject all or any tender without
assigning any reason thereof. The
successful tenderer shall have to deposit
security @ 5% of the value of supply
order in the shape of CDR/FDR pledged to

class of the contractor for this work is
Class-B.
3. The cost of tender forms/documents
mentioned for work at (a&b) of para 1
above shall be in the form of demand
draft from any nationalized bank in
favour of Chief Engineer Project Beacon,
payable at SBI, Rawalpora, Srinagar
(J&K), Code No. 6868 which shall be
attached to the application requesting
issue of tender by the Contractor. The DD
shall be non-refundable if the
application for issue of tender is
accepted and tender documents are issued
to the contractor after scrutiny and
selection. However, it shall be returned
to the applicant by the Accepting Officer
in case the tender form is not issued.
The contractor shall bear the cost of
bank charges for procuring and encashing
the bank draft and shall not have any
claim whatsoever on this account on Govt.
The applicant contractor shall not become
automatically entitled for issue of
tender by virtue of enclosing demand
draft along with the application and the
Accepting Officer shall reserve the right
to deny issue of tender to any
contractor.

for non issue of tender.

The processing will have to be done at
Niharika Complex under the supervision of
a committee of Officers of the Shrine
Board. All required material shall be
provided by the Shrine Board. The
contract amount for the job work shall be
paid to the successful only after
successful completion of the work.

Sealed tenders Superscribed “tender
of ETT Admission forms” under two
bid system accompanied with CDR/FDR for
Rs. 10000/= only pledged to the Secretary
of this organization are invited from the
registered offset printers for the supply
of admission forms (including cost of 80
GSM 3 ACC’s ledger paper and 60 GSM
cream wove paper). The forms are in
foolscap half size comprises one leaf on
80 GSM, ledger paper and one leaf of 60
GSM cream wove paper. One leaf of form
will be in four colours-A total of
approximate 60,000 forms are required
during year. The quantity can be
increased or decreased as per the actual
requirement. The tenderer should quote
his rates on his printed letter head in
one envelope marked price bid and send
Xerox copies of permanent registration
certificate, existence certificate and
samples of 80 GSM/3 ACC’s ledger
paper/60 GSM Cream Wove paper and details
of machinery in Second envelop marked
technical bid. A penalty upto 10% on the
un-executed value shall be imposed at the
discretion of Board authorities. The rate
should be inclusive of all taxes
including VAT, duties, Freight etc.

School Education, Rehari Colony, Jammu is
16th April, 2008 upto 2 PM. The tenders
will be opened on the same day or any
other subsequent day in presence of
tenderers who wish to participate in the
opening of tenders. The technical bid
part of the tender will be open first.
The Board reserves the right to reject
all or any tender without assigning any
reason thereof. The supply shall be made
at Jammu and Srinagar offices. The
successful tender shall have to deposit
security @5% of the total value of the
supply order in the shape of FDR/CDR
pledge to Secretary BOSE Rehari
Jammu/Srinagar drawn any Nationalized
Bank preferably J&K Bank. An
agreement has to be executed with Board
