Terms and
conditions
1. The rates
quoted shall be valid for printing of six issues
the Bi-monthly Edu-News during the financial year
2008-09,
2. The likely
number of copies of each Bi-monthly issue,
printing of which is tender shall be 3000 (Three
thousand) each, subject to increase decrease if
any.
3. Samples of each
type of paper mentioned above be attached with
the tender.
4. The rates
should be quoted item wise strictly as per the
requirement without any cutting or overwriting.
5. The rates so
quoted should be FOR Directorate of School
Education Kashmir Srinagar.
6. Tender without
CDR shall not be entertained.
7. The successful
tenderer shall have to execute an agreement with
the department within 10 days after print order
is placed with the firm.
8. The Director
School Education, Kashmir shall have the
authority to impose penalty which may include
deduction in payment in case of any mistake or
technical fault found in the publication or if
the publication is received late than the time
frame as may be prescribed in the print order.
9. In case of
failure delay in printing and of the quality
thereof being found not upto the mark, the order
placed with the successful tender shall be liable
to the cancelled and orders can be placed with
the next lowest tendrer. No claim for payment on
account of such delayed or substandard execution
of the work shall be acceptable.
10. The DSEK
reserves the right to accept or reject any tender
wihout assigning any reasons there for.
11. In case of any
dispute, the decision of the DSE shall be final.
12. Dispute if
any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the
J&K High Court only.
13. Necessary
GST/CST/Income Tax Clearance certificate VAT
registration certificate, etc should be attached
with the NIT. The number and date under with NIT
is issued (along-with the subject thereof) shall
be super-scribed on the sealed envelope (holding

SICOP (a J&K
Government Undertaking) invites sealed tenders
for the purchase of Truck Mounted Crane,
(Technical description given as under):
Supply
& Commissioning of Truck Mounted Boom Cranes
of 24 and 36 tonne meter capacity, 360 degree
slew, radially foldable, suitably mounted on
truck chassis of repute brand at the front end,
fixed with the hook at the end with controls and
safety devices meeting the international
regulations. The crane shall be mounted/placed on
truck chassis of appropriate gross vehicle
weight. The truck shall not be used to carry any
type to load other that the crane & its
systems
Other terms &
conditions are as under:-
1. The rates to be
quoted shall be FOR Jammu inclusive of
installation & commissioning charges. Cost of
crane and the truck chassis (including
model/make) shall be shown separately. Separate
rates are to be quoted for both the models or the
models near to the capacity indicated above as
per the makes of the bidder.
2. The basic rates
FOR Jammu is to be mentioned and duties &
taxes shall be shown separately.
3. The bidders may
send video CDs depicting the operation of the
machines for which the rates have been quoted.
Hard copies of the Technical Catalogues are
necessarily required to be enclosed with the Bid
Documents.
4. Earnest money
deposit (EMD) of 2% or Rs. one lac (whichever is
less) in the shape of Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft
by the bidders payable to J&K shall Scale
Industries Development Corporation (SICOP) at
Jammu. Without the requisite EMD the tenders
shall be out-rightly rejected and no claim shall
be entertained. The EMD shall be returned to the
unsuccessful bidders.
5. SICOP shall
provide Form C and so CST
@ 3% or as applicable shall be charged.
6. 90% payment
shall be released immediately after successful
commissioning and satisfactory trials runs at
Jammu in SICOP Yard, 10% shall be retained and
will be released after expiry of warranty period.
If the supplier provided irrevocable Bank
Guarantee valid for warranty period of the
equivalent amount, the 10% payment shall also be
released.
7. SICOP may opt
for 3rd party pre-dispatch inspection for which
the inspection charges shall be borne by SICOP.
8. The machine
shall be amply described as per all the required
technical parameters including lifting capacity
in tones at different radius.
9. The machine
shall be covered under standard Warranty
Arrangements, which shall be explained by the
bidder, including after-sale-service arrangement
at Jammu/Srinagar during & after the warranty
period.
10. Live demo of
the machine shall be shown by the successful
bidders at their factory site.
11. The sealed
bids addressed to the Managing Director, SICOP,
shall be received upto 31.03.2008 during working
hours and shall be opened on 01.04.2008 at 11 am
in the presence of bidders who may wish to be
present.
12. SICOP reserves
the right to accept or reject any tender or part
thereof without assigning any reason.
